Barbie doll photo edit (and pepakura T-Rex)

Teaching myself photoshop... 

I have been resisting digital but maybe it's time to adapt. 

Here, trying to edit out doll joints, and also smoothing out little mistakes in that pepakura dinosaur. 
My camera also has a tendecy to go towards red, so tried to adjust that as well.

I think I might prefer Barbie dolls with joints showing, you would have to edit ALOT to make them look more human, adding some "meat" to their limbs as those arms are too skinny to look natural, hands and feet too small...

Maybe results will be different with other types of dolls?

I am also inclined to try and edit joints to a picture of a person, making them more doll like
